Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino

Everything was clean. Breakfast and dinner was above my expectations. Beach is close, shower facilities. It offers some activities and stores were nearby. Reception was helpful, they arranged taxi for us, also late checkout. You can rent car directly in the hotel and it's the best option as well. My brother had wedding here and Nexi, the organizer, was amazing.

WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY AT BERJAJA. THE FOOD IS AN ASSET FOR THIS HOTEL. WELL DONE CHIEF COOK AND YUOR TEAM. THE HOTEL STAFF IS HELPFULL, ESPECIALLY THE DUTY MANAGER Mr. GIHAN AND THE RECEPTIONIST Mrs. JACINTA.

Chalet room upstairs with balcony was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, special thank you for chef making omelettes and pancakes every morning.

Beachfront location is great. Swimming pool is good. Property is big enough so guests are not on top of each other even if full occupancy. Many places to sit and relax and just listen to the waves. Property is not modern or luxurious but all your basic needs are there. Most important is the customer service from staff. Everyone has been so warm, welcoming and helped us with our stay and tours. Special thanks to Tess, Kris, Brian and Nexi who all taken care of us during our stay. Made this vacation perfect because of the warm welcome from this property. We will definitely recommend and would go back to this property.
